Our in-home nursing support helps reduce the risk of complications by focusing on post-surgical/ hospital monitoring, rest and recovery. Our services include monitoring vital signs, recovery progress, medication reminders and coordination with Physicians for wound care and incision monitoring as well as dressing changes. Our team will provide safe, reliable care to have you up and moving, following your doctor’s orders for cohesive care.

Bathing/Grooming/Hygiene Assistance

Maintaining personal hygiene is essential for health, comfort, and dignity- especially for those with limited mobility or recovering from illness or surgery. At Steadfast Nursing Concierge Care, llc, we provide discreet and compassionate bathing, grooming assistance, and personal care tailored to each client's needs, our team can assist with all aspects of hygiene to ensure your cleanliness and comfort are maintained.

Our bathing and grooming services include assistance with shower, tub or bed baths, hair washing and drying, oral hygiene or denture care to maintain cleanliness, shaving, deodorant and lotion application to prevent skin breakdown as well as dressing assistance for the day's activities.

Respite Care/Companionship

Our respite and companionship Services include supervision and companionship for safety and comfort, conversation, reading, games or light activity to engage the mind, assistance with meals, hydration, and medication reminders as well as emotional reassurance and friendly social interaction.

Hand and Foot Care

Healthy nails and feet are vital to maintaining mobility, comfort, and overall well-being. Steadfast Nursing Concierge Care, llc, provides safe, gentle Nail and Foot Care, with skills of a licensed nurse who understands the needs of aging skin, circulation, and chronic conditions.

Nail and foot care provided by a licensed practical nurse. Services include nail trimming and gentle filing, cleansing and moisturizing foot care for comfort and circulation, observation for signs of pressure areas, fungal infection or skin breakdown, diabetic foot checks and early problem detection.

*Nail care of feet is for non diabetic, vascular disease, and clients not taking blood thinners*
